The deal with Spectrum has been signed!!!!! 😊   The cost for the first (1st) year will be $55/month and we will be up and running on April 1st. (This is not an April Fools 😊)  Your first payment to the park will be on April 1, 2022.

 

Contracts between you all and the park will be available at the office starting today.  I will also be bringing them to Coffee on Thursday, at the Hammock on Friday and will have them available at the Informational Board Meeting that is being held on Monday, February 7th at 9am in the Clubhouse (Agenda Attached).

When signing the contract, the date (you are signing) goes at the top along with your name (printed so I can read it) and your street address.  Sign AND print your name on the back side (we would prefer both parties to sign).

IF you own more than one home…… you will need to turn in one for EACH address

​

IF you DO NOT want to participate, we have an OPT-OUT contract for you to sign as well at the office.

 

It’s been a long time coming but the end is in sight!!! 😊

SPECTRUM CONTRACT OUTLINE

 

Each Subscriber’s Spectrum Bulk Package will consist of the following services:

 

§     400 mb internet speed;

§     Platinum channel package (DOES NOT INCLUDE:  Premium channels, e.g. HBO, SHOWTIME, STARR, CINAMAX, etc.);

§     1 Modem;

§     2 HD Cable Boxes;

§     Streaming through Spectrum App;

§     Dedicated Technical Support Services;

§     Installation and up-dated equipment, where required and as needed.

 

 

The cost to each Subscriber will be $55.00 DOLLARS per month for the first year,  payable along with Subscriber’s monthly Maintenance fees.

 

The monthly cost for said subscription will not exceed    five        (5%) percent in each year for the term of five (5) years.

 

 

Services that are not included with the Spectrum Bulk Package are:

 

·                Land line telephone service;

·                Voice mail services;

·                DVR Cloud services;

·                DVR Box;

·                Any and all Premium channels.

 

Any service not included in the Spectrum Bulk Package may be directly purchased from Spectrum on an individual basis.  You will receive an individual bill for such service on a monthly basis.
